Rules & Terms
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Sign-up requires an email address and password. A valid IBAN must be provided in your profile for payouts. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date.
After the referred customer receives their invoice, they must provide the invoice number (format: RE-0000) to the referrer. The referrer enters this invoice number in the Affiliate Center. Sidestage Agency will review and approve the entry; once approved the commission will be released. Payouts are made to the registered IBAN within 14 days after approval.
All commissions are paid at the sole discretion of Sidestage Agency. There is no legal entitlement to a payout, even if the referred customer has paid. Payouts may be withheld for incorrect information, suspected fraud, or any other reason deemed valid by Sidestage Agency.
Note: Family members or close friends of artists represented by Sidestage Agency are not eligible to receive any affiliate commission.
Only lawful and non-misleading promotion of Sidestage Agency is permitted. Spam, unsolicited emails, or paid search ads targeting Sidestage Agency brand terms are strictly prohibited. Brand materials (logos, banners, copy) may only be used in their original, provided form.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time in writing. Sidestage Agency may modify these terms or discontinue the program at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or the affiliate dashboard.
